USL Certification

In 2014, the DLOA Executive Board determined that by the end of the 2018 Season, all members of the DLOA hold an active US Lacrosse Men's Game Certification. All officials training and observations and evaluation will be done by certified US Lacrosse Trainers and observers. The training committee will develop an annual training strategy to insure that new officials receive their Level 1 certification by the end of their applicant year and that all current members receive the proper training to be able to maintain their current level of certification and to have the opportunity to move to the next highest level of certification throughout the year. Individual officials are responsible for completing requirements to maintain their current USL certification annually. Here is a synopsis of the USL Men's Game Certification Program
